Our Services

ReadyMyBnB provides professional cleaning and turnover services for short-term rental properties, including but not limited to:

• Turnover cleaning between guest stays
• Linen rental and replacement services
• Consumables restocking (toiletries, paper products, etc.)
• Deep cleaning services

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We will communicate any changes to you before they affect your scheduled services.

Service Area

Our Services are currently available in Oxford, Mississippi, and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on location and availability.

Booking and Scheduling

Scheduling Services

Services can be scheduled through:

• Our website contact form
• Calendly scheduling link
• Direct communication via phone, email, or text
• Third-party platforms (Turno, Breezeway) if applicable

Confirmation

All service bookings require confirmation from ReadyMyBnB. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Property Access

You are responsible for providing timely and reliable access to your property. This may include:

• Providing access codes, keys, or lockbox information
• Ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time
• Notifying us of any access issues or changes

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of the service cost)
• No-show/No access: Full service cost may be charged if we arrive and cannot access the property

Our Cancellations

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Staff emergencies
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

Pricing and Payment

Service Quotes

Pricing is based on property size, scope of work, and frequency of service. We will provide a quote before services begin. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Properties requiring extra cleaning beyond normal turnover scope
• Rush or same-day service requests
• Special requests or additional services
• Properties left in excessively dirty conditions

Quality Guarantee

We strive for excellence in every clean. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Property and Liability

Property Condition

Please notify us of any pre-existing damage, special items requiring extra care, or areas that should not be cleaned. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Items not properly secured or fragile items left in open areas
• Damage caused by faulty fixtures or appliances
• Items lost or damaged that were not disclosed to us

Insurance

ReadyMyBnB carries appropriate liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused directly by our staff, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyMyBnB's liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property information and access details
• Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning staff
• Secure pets during scheduled cleaning times
• Remove or secure valuable items, cash, and jewelry
• Notify us of any hazardous materials or conditions
• Communicate any special instructions or concerns

Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ReadyMyBnB and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Website Use

When using our Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Website
• Submit false or misleading information
